Zenith Monitoring provides one-off IT monitoring setup and configuration services as described in the relevant Statement of Work (SOW) agreed with each client. All services are subject to a signed SOW prior to commencement.
All work is scoped and agreed in writing before any project begins. Any work outside the agreed scope is subject to a change request process and additional charges at our standard rates.
Payment terms are as stated in the individual SOW for each project. Zenith Monitoring reserves the right to pause or cease work if payment terms are not met.
Zenith Monitoring's liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant SOW. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or consequential damages arising from monitoring configuration or the absence of monitoring coverage.
Documentation, dashboards, and configurations created by Zenith Monitoring for a client become the property of that client upon final payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
